As part of Quality Assurance team and in collaboration with, your main responsibility will be to create and then ensure the internal quality standards of the company
That suppose:
identifying the key process areas,
creating activities flow chart for software development process
creating, documenting and implementing the necessary procedures and artifacts
organizing and providing training support for staff on quality management problems
code review
Cerinte:
Good knowledge of Quality Management concepts
Very good knowledges of: C#, SQL, Visual Basic
Knowledge of software development methodologies and standards: RUP, CMM, ISO
Good problem identification skills;
