CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Applicants should speak Romanian as their mother tongue and should be fluent in English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage. They should have finished their law studies at a Romanian university and should have a few years of professional experience either with a major law firm in Bucharest working with international clients, with an international group of companies present on the Romanian market or a leading Romanian private company. They should have experience in contract law and public procurement law. Their experience should include construction contracts, in particular in FIDIC contracts, and real estate transactions. Basic knowledge of Romanian tax legislation and labour law is an additional asset. As the company’s business activities are spread all over the country, mobility and willingness to travel in Romania 10-20% of the time is a prerequisite.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The successful applicant would be part of PORR’s international legal department currently disposing of staff in Vienna and several Eastern European cities and would be based in Bucharest and would have an employment contract under Romanian law with PORR’s affiliate in Romania, PORR CONSTRUCT S.R.L.
