Salariile informative sunt:
Head Nurse - up to 3,000
Sr. Staff Nurse - up to 2,500
Staff Nurse - up to 2,000
Termenii contractului sunt:
Contract Period
Contracts are for a period of one to two years, practice varies by Hospitals.
Contract renewable for one year periods.
Hours of Work
8 Hours a day / 6 days a week (off Friday)
Probation Period
Most Hospitals apply the practice of three month probation period.
Family Contract
Male Doctors and some Senior Staff are eligible to a Family Contract
which covers spouse and (in most cases one) child under 18 years.
Economy class air tickets to and from the point of hire, yearly home
leave tickets and school fees (limeted amount) are paid for the eligible dependants.
End of Service Bonus
Equivalent up to one month salary.
Accommodation
All Hospitals provide Employees with furnished free accommodation
or Housing Allowance.
Annual Leave
40 to 50 calendar days per annum. Economy class air tickets to home
country once a year.
