SUMMER JOB in USA

Any student from an intermediary year of studies (excluding first and last year students) with average English knowledge and above average academic records is invited to apply. Students enrolled in master or doctoral studies are also welcome. Each application will be evaluated individually. In case one is selected, program participants have to be able to support program costs (including travel to USA and health insurance).

Summer Work and Travel (SWT) program permits foreign students (at any university level) to get a job in the USA during the four summer months of the student’s academic year. This program (SWT) is designed not to conflict with the foreign students’ academic work at home. Its purpose is to provide experience to foreign students in applying for jobs, following workplace rules and requirements, living independently, and traveling freely. The SWT model actually encourages travel in the USA as well as the employment experience. The division of time and personal resources between working and traveling is a personal decision for each person, as long as the terms and conditions of his/her program are followed.
