CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

ć posses good knowledge of the different production processes and the material characteristics
ć are active, independent and taking initiative, but a team player in the same time
ć are able to co-operate with others, service oriented and open-minded
ƒá are improvements driven, with a ¡§hands on¡¨ practical approach to his/her work
ć are able to analyze and solve problems
ć are fluent in Romanian and English
ć are willing to travel in and out of the country, clean driving license
ć at least 1-year previous experience in wood production is required


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

ć responsible for quality of furniture purchased by IKEA
ć actively work with technical and material improvements
ć claim and corrective action handling
ć work with product documentation and dimension-weight-package
ć support the start-up and development of suppliers with technical know-how
