CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- experience in auditing and analyzing supplier’s working methods in working conditions, environmental performance and quality systems
- are active, independent and taking initiative, but a team player in the same time
- proficiency in English and Romanian
- very good interpersonal / communication skills / organizational skills
- good PC knowledge
- very good knowledge of local and international legislation in working conditions and environmental matters
- open minded and stress tolerant
- clean driving license
- are willing to travel in and out of the country

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- auditing of suppliers
- monitoring of internal company environmental and quality standards in Trading Area and co-ordination with Purchase Teams.
- representing his/her Trading Area towards Compliance Group and External auditors
- organizing education for IKEA co-workers and suppliers
- contributing to the Trading Area’s realization of internal company environmental and quality standards
- increasing of internal efficiency in the Trading Area
