TRANSPORT PLANNER

If you are:
• Fluent in English and Romanian language
• Service oriented and open-minded
• Possessing very good communication skills
• Able to analyze and solve problems under pressure
• Interested in transport issues (experience in local transport and logistics would be an advantage)

• Execute, update and monitor transport assignments in the transport software system in accordance with IKEA’s procedures and working methods
• Optimize and develop the Transport booking process in order to reach the service and quality goals
• Stay in contact with Transport Co-ordinator with respect to performance and quality level of carriers that work with IKEA
• Responsible for daily contact and relations with carriers and internal or external partners of DS ECE
• Solve different ad hoc transport operational problems
