Quality System and Process Control Auditor

You are the one we are looking for if you have:
* Tehnical university degree
* Minimum 3 years production & quality improvements experience
* Good knowledge of different production processes and material characteristics
* Ability to audit and analyze suppliers' quality related working methods
* Good knowledge of process control steering would be an advantage
* Willingness to travel in and out of the country, clean driving license
* A field operator with the ability to organize, set reponsibilities and work unsupervised
* Honest and with high integrity
* Fluency in English
* Computer literacy

The challange of the job is:
* Plan and perform quality system audits at our suppliers, in accordance with IKEA standards and working methods
* Support quality system and process control implementation and follow up with the Business Teams and the IKEA suppliers
* Make final verifications and approval of the quality system and process control at suppliers
* Perform initial assesments for new suppliers and use knowledge gained at different manufacturing sites to contribute to the business development
