HR Specialist

Multinational Automotive Company, located in Timisoara is looking for a young professional that fullfils the following requirements:

- Two – three years experience in the HR area in a production organization;

- Relevant education and HR training (qualification of Labor Inspector would be a plus);

- University degree;

- Good knowledge of Romanian Labor legislation;

- English or French language is mandatory (both would be a plus);

- Results oriented person that is able to identify priorities and to meet dead-lines;

- Strong communication skills, dynamism, responsibility, pro – activeness and capability to take initiative

- Performing recruiting activities for the internal needs of the company for various kinds of positions. Implement induction programs;
- Coordinate assessment programs and identifies training and development needs of staff along with line management;
- Arranges in-house and external training courses and seminars;
- Drawing up of labor contracts, additional acts and related documents for the employees;
- Deliver appropriate and cost effective HR support;
- Propose and develop projects for improving communication with employees, for promoting the organizational values, teamwork, and the achievement of common goals;
- Drawing up of payroll statements, related statutory returns and annual fiscal forms;
- Realize periodic reports for the headquarters.
