RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The position
The Manager Assistant is responsible for organizing and managing all activities related to the functioning in proper conditions of the office and assisting the Manager in organizing his activity (secretarial support, scheduling and coordinating meetings, business correspondence, translations, presentations, responses, answering and transferring telephone calls, maintaining files, registering outgoing and incoming mail, operating fax and copiers), as well as for maintaining a permanent communication between clients and the company. As part of the job you will perform special projects or programs as assigned (e.g.: service reports, maintaining daily accurate follow-up of various services and updating databases, etc), but you will also have to keep the accounting books and maintain the relations with the bank.
The main responsibilities of the future employee will be:
- daily back-office activities;
- preparation of different reports according whit company procedures;
- organize meetings;
- manage all administrative activities and some accounting activities;
- prepare all the primary papers for bookkeeping company;
