| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
American Standard Companies Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of air conditioning systems, bathroom and kitchen fixtures and fittings, and vehicle control systems. American Standard operates 104 facilities in 28 countries, employing 61.500 people.
American Standard Bath & Kitchen - Eastern Europe Region (Bulgaria, Russia, CIS, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Montenegro, Ukraine, Baltics) employs about 3700 people and includes 3 manufacturing sites.
Due to our fast development we are looking to employ a dynamic person for the new position of a
PROJECT MANAGER
for ROMANIA
Key Responsibilities
Ø Collects information and maintains a database on project business in Romania;
Ø Analyzes the potential projects and evaluates our participation options;
Ø Works in close cooperation with key customers on winning projects;
Ø Provides follow-up of the current projects and makes all necessary input into the Tracking system;
Ø Develops and implements an After-Sales service Policy for Non-residential business;
Ø Actively participates in the preparation of short- and long-term sales strategies;
Ø Reports to the Head of the Representative Office in Romania.
Profile
· Minimum 2-3 years sales experience
· Excellent communication skills; influencing personality
· Information gathering abilities
· Very strong analytical skills coupled with rigor and accuracy
· Strong business acumen and business understanding
· Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills
· Ability to overcome obstacles and keep moving towards goals
· Business English; MSOffice skills
