RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsabilities:
- understand Manager's priorities and manage complex calendar;
- organise travel arrangements, appointments and events;
- prepare reports & presentation material;
- receive and refer telephone information, direct routine matters for action, answer guestions to inquiries and/or direct them to the proper resources;
- provide occasional administrative support to visiting executives;
- significant interaction with both internal and external senior level executives. |
