CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Ideal profile:

• Desire to help in building up a market reference organization.
• Good knowledge of Romanian automotive market.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• University degree, preferable in economics
• At least 2 years experience in consultative sales.
• Fluent in English.
• Driving license.


Personality Profile:

• Passionate about cars and love consultative sales.
• Highly sensitive to quality, customer oriented and good negotiator.
• Results oriented and proactive.
• Honest, reliable and career oriented.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Your responsibilities:

• Quick market intelligence to gather information relevant to the definition of the Company sales strategy on Large Fleets Accounts;
• To implement marketing plans in order to assure existing customers loyalty and to prospect and acquire new customers aiming at developing long term relationships;
• To negotiate best sales conditions with assigned customers and follow through signed and existing contracts;
• To assure customers’ satisfaction via services and solutions that meet their needs;
• To supervise that procedures and conditions stated in contracts are followed;
• To develop and proposes to Sales Manager detailed Sales Action Plans for the customers in portfolio.
• To keenly follow market’s trends and evolution and closely monitors competitors’ activities and initiatives;
• To control sales results for his customers’ portfolio proposing proper corrective actions to enable assigned targets.
