CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

On behalf of our client, Gras Savoye, we search for an Account Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager.

The holder will develop a client portfolio by closing long term partnerships. S/He ensures both company's growth and profit by implementing designed strategy that meets clients’ satisfaction. S/He will be a generalist in insurance with a specialty in credit insurance.

Required skills:

• University degree, preferable in Economics;
• Strong experience in commercial activities in the financial sector- prospecting techniques knowledge, selling and commercial negotiation skills;
• Experience in client oriented activities: needs identification, persuasion, trust development;
• Creating and maintain its network;
• Experience in insurance would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of multi distribution field or distribution by a third party;
• Advanced knowledge of English, French would be a plus;
• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (with customers and partners);
• Excellent ability to create long-term partnerships;
• Strategic and analytical thinking;
• Discipline and good work organization capacity;
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Key tasks:
• Market research (medium-sized or large companies) in order to identify and generate business opportunities;
• Continuously monitors the targeted sector of activity to identify development opportunities and market trends;
• Identifies the needs of the prospects - prevention, counseling, insurance products, associated services ... to provide the most appropriate solutions;
• Proposes marketing plans to achieve its annual targets.
