Visual Basic Application Developer (German speaking)

Technical requirements:

- VB6, VBA, XML, ADO, Windows scripting host, SQL Server 2000 - at least 2 years relevant experience;
- Fluent German - speaking, reading, writing;
- Advanced English;
- Good communication skills;
- Good problem determination and escalation skills.

The Application Developer designs, develops and supports application solutions to meet customer requirements. He/she may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.

The Application Developer is responsible for performing the following tasks:
- Develop technical specifications
- Translate business - IT requirements
- Interpret data models
- Use application development methodology and tools
- Use application strategies for maintenance
- Use full life cycle system development processes
- Use programming languages
- Use software configuration management (SCM) tools
