Test Lead Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Informatics or Computer Science;
• Good understanding of Windows GUI applications and Web based applications;
• At least 5 years professional experience as Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Test Engineer;
• Ability to express her/himself in clear and concise manner, both written and spoken;
• Understanding of User Acceptance Test procedures, past participation in such procedures, ability to organize and promptly report UAT progress on regular basis or upon request;
• Strong reporting capabilities;
• Experience in management of defects and issues. Understanding of issues stages;
• Microsoft Office Tools knowledge;
• Excellent command of English language

Valuable additional skills
• Experience at a management position, involving management of human resources, distribution of tasks and preparation of regular work reports;
• Additional western language – German, Spanish or French;
• ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level;
• ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level

The Test Lead Engineer will be responsible for coordinating tasks to her/his subordinates, track execution progress and report to the superior test manager. Essential skills for this position are ability to communicate, organize tasks and manage people.
