CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree (preferably Computer Science)
• General technical understanding of
software applications
• PC and MS Office knowledge
• Good SQL and database skills
• Advanced German and English |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for
performing the following tasks:
• provide technical support for the users
using the application
• solve requests software issues
• document cases for each incident and
follow up case status
