PROFILE:
•Enthusiastic team player

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
MISSION: To integrate the I.T needs and controls of the petrol station division with the current Lukoil system. To ensure all I.S and I.T. functions are adhered to and all systems are operating correctly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To quickly understand the needs of the retail business.
•Proactive in developing new control systems.
•Create, implement and control all necessary I.T. systems needed for the retail sector.
•To control, order and obtain the best prices for office and store POS computer equipment.
•To control and ensure the maintenance on all I.T equipment.
•Work closely with Lukoil I.T. to ensure all computer systems are efficient.
•Ensure and control the use of all computer systems.
•Make sure that all equipment is kept in good order and maintained.
•To keep a logbook of office and store equipment and to ensure all users are properly trained in their use.
•To negotiate a comprehensive maintenance contract for all I.T. equipment.
•Ensure all staff are aware of the computer use policies.
•To ensure legality of all computer software.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
•Best competitive prices obtained for all I.T. equipment.
•All I.T. equipment working correctly and with the right information.
•Lukoil I.T. department fully informed of our needs.
•All staff well trained and efficient in the use of the technical equipment.
•Good relations with the Lukoil I.T. department.
•Smooth and efficient running of all administration systems
•Proactive in suggesting more efficient I.T. solutions.
•All systems and flow of information on time and as required.
•All legal requirements adhered to
