| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- At least 3 years fulltime work experience in flash application development. Must show previous development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Flash 8+.
- Data-driven Flash development.
- Action Script 2/3, OOP programming experience.
- Knowledge of supporting web application languages (JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSP, PHP, ASP, .NET, etc.).
- Excellent programming of SCORM packaging will be an additional advantage.
