| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Degree (desired, but not compulsory);
- A minimum of 1 year professional experience related to sales, ideally within a financial institution;
- High client orientation;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, selling & negotiation skills;
- Effective team player with results orientation enjoying competitive and challenging environments;
- Accuracy and focus under presure;
- Good presentation skills;
- PC proficency;
- English knowledge
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Attracts new Retail clients in line with Bank's strategy and acts proactively with regard to the sales activities related to customized products for Retail customers;
- Contributes to achieving the target objectives with reference to Retail customers according to the agreed plan and individual budget;
- Engages constant efforts to enlarge the data base with potential clients;
- Implements the group business policy with reference to relationship management and acquisition of Retail customers;
- Identifies current and future financial needs of the clients;
- Informs the clients about loan products according to the training manual and internal sales practices, explains the loan benefits and costs;
- Explains the documentation required and assists the client in filling in the loan application forms;
- Prepares activity reports for DSA Unit Manager regarding all selling activities (i.e. meetings, contacts, visits);
- Asks referrals from existing and potential clients;
- Keeps a constant focus in improving his/her knowlwdge related to Bank's Retail products and actively participates to the related trainings;
- Provides Regular feedback to the Bank's commercial departmennts;
- Performs in line with the Bank's standards, norms and procedures
