General requirements:
*Univerity Degree ;
*Experience in direct selling , minimum 2 years in human resources sector;
*Business acumen with great mobility , flexibility;
*Pro-active and open minded person ,;
*Good communication & negotiation skills;
*Strong customer &result -oriented;
*Self motivated individual ;
*Good command of english /Italian is a plus;

Main Responsabilities :
*Identify ,attracting and approach potential customers, developing client portfolio;
*Achieve the requested sales targets ;
*Maintain the contacts the company's traditional customer and with new customers;
* Draws up technical offers, follow concrete projects and carrying out contracts;
* Prospect the market and competitors know;
