| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
At least 2 years experience, preferably within real estate sector or in retail industry;
Solid expertise in negotiating contractual agreements; juridical background an asset;
Good commercial understanding and awareness for the market and latest developments;
Very good relationship building skills with the ability to set and manage client expectations and achieve delivery excellence;
Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, solution finder, good strategic thinking, focused on results;
Well-organised, self confident, able to prioritise and multi-task, and to persuade others to do likewise;
A positive, can-do attitude, who can encourage others to give of their best;
Willingness to take over responsibility;
Pro-active; Creative; Flexible; Participative;
Fast learner; Passionate; Optimistic;

University degree in economics or law faculty;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Implementing the initial leasing plan with support of the Head of the Lease Department
Establishing contacts to target tenants and attracting them;
Conducting all the activities related to the leasing process and developing the portfolio of potential tenants;
Being responsible for an optimum occupancy rate of the shopping centers; negotiating and concluding the lease agreements for new tenants;
Supervising that lease agreements are executed as agreed
Proposing and following the yearly budget containing rental incomes
Building and managing a trustful relationship with the tenants in order to ensure a good and long term collaboration;
Monitoring the commercial activities in the centers and reporting on a regular basis to the Head of Lease Department about the activities;
Analyzing the competition and proposing actions to increase attractiveness of the centers, based on market observations and latest trends in the market;
