CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
2-4 years as Audit Manager
Managed accounts of publicly traded companies
4 years experience as Controller/finance manager for International company operation in Romania
Fluent English & Romanian
Business skills – understands business operation, rhythm, needs and incentives
Ability to prioritize workload and demonstrated commitment to meeting reporting deadlines
MBA
Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS
Hands on experience in International taxation
Experience in working on finance ERP systems and in implementing company policies.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
Manage 5-7 legal entities to comply with all local regulations
File tax reports and be the face of the businesses with local authorities
Manage Accounts department
Promote excellent customer service within the team
negotiations over services and prices.
Build trust and good working relationship with local customers as well as with their Finance, HR and Legal management abroad
