| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate will, besides managing the day-to-day business, set out a strategy for growth in the Eastern European market. A clear analytical view combined with wide market and customer knowledge will enable the candidate to have the correct focus and make the decisions needed for success. While our Client is investing heavily in the technology and products needed to become market leader in the Broadcast segment, the candidate must have the spirit to head this task in this market, and the potential to successfully lead the region wide Broadcast sales operations.

The Account Manager Eastern Europe Region will be responsible for all aspects of strategy and marketing for this Broadcast market. This individual needs to be a very strong sales person with excellent strategic and business acumen, capable of understanding the business needs of the clients and able to sell into these needs.
This person will take full responsibility of this region, investing time and effort in order to develop the market, taking the products and becoming the dominant force within this domain. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key Tasks / Major Deliverables
To shape and define the sales strategy of our Client Broadcast Group in the Eastern European market space, ensuring long term success for the company.
To identify and develop new accounts with a view to growing the sales revenue outside the existing pipeline.
Achieve significant sales targets.
Profile - Required Experience and Skills
• Approximately 5 – 10 years experience of complex solutions sales, including software, middleware and professional services within the Broadcast industry.
• Knowledge of the broadcast industry and closely aligned sectors.
• Strong strategic seller with the ability to think ‘outside of the box’.
• ‘Deal Closer’: This is a sales position, not a marketing one.
• Demonstrable track record of achieved sales and targets met.
• Experienced at Executive level contact.
• Ability to manage large, complex propositions. Able to develop and use financial proposals at senior decision making level.
• Experienced at opening accounts where no previous contact has been made.
• Excellent communicator (internal/external)
• Cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills
