CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Knowledge of HR practices/policies related to employment, labor law, compensations and program evaluation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and good skills in Excel and Power Point
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) – English is a must
|
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Develops and manages recruiting and staffing programs for the company
• Responsible for recommending salary adjustments and for making hiring recommendations
• Carries out performance evaluations
• Maintains staff records and manages and coordinates the payroll activities
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
• Policy development and documentation, employee relations and counseling
