CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Technical University graduate
Fluent in English
4 to 6 years of experience in IT field
At least 2-3 of experience on Testing / Quality Control / Support / Development areas
At least 2 years in a managerial role
Budgeting skills


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Ensures the testing / acceptance activities for all systems / patches designated to be
implemented into production environments by organizing team and its key processes according
with IT strategy, business needs and existing project schedule
Ensure expert advice related to new and up-graded applications to be implemented from
acceptance perspective
Ensures high performance of the team by organize team activities, setting, monitor and measure
kpi’s against target objectives; hire and develop team members
Ensure a high formalized environment, proper working procedures, monitors and alarms for all
systems within support portfolio
Facilitates team processes by setting up priorities within team and with other departments, at
his/her level of authority
Recommend budget for his/her responsibility area according to identified business needs,
execute and control expenses against the budget and department objectives.
Perform vendor and customer management; initiate, negotiate and sign on contracts; periodically review / re-negotiate support or acquisition contracts
Sign contracts and approve expenses within his/her sign authority; submit for approval those
contracts that exceed in value his/her signing authority
Participate and contribute to IT strategy definition / up-date; ensure align and execution of strategic lines in IT
