CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The job owner will be involved in payroll and personell files administration areas
Requirements:
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word
• Human Resources Inspector qualification
• Experience in payroll and personnel administration minimum 1 year
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Carefulness and attention to details
• Results oriented, capable to meet dead-lines
• Very good command of English. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
• Carry out payment of employees
• Prepare personnel documents (decisions, contracts, forms, etc)
• Administrate personnel documents
• Maintain communication with departments/ employees on HR issues
• Represent the company in relations with ITM
• Provide specific payroll and personnel administration reports
• Support in implementation of compensation & benefits decisions
• Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks.
