Human Resources - Industrial Relations Responsible

Requirements:
- 2- 3 years experience in HR field
- finalized university or post university studies
- PC literate
- English at advanced level is a must , Italian advantage
- knowledge regarding labor legislation and health and safety regulations is an advantage
- dynamic, hard worker, flexible person
- available to be relocated abroad

The purpose is to offer to the candidate the opportunity to develop a good knowledge of HR processes, policies/procedures and tools used within the Fiat Group, to know Comau businesses and processes. The path that we will follow will start from Industrial Relations processes.

- Participate in negotiations and dispute resolution with Italian unions and labor relations authorities
- Liaison with Comau HR Country Managers about Industrial Relations topics and evolution
- Reporting about labor law disputes, temporary lay off procedures and industrial relations activities.
- Support HR management in Italy (analysis, projects, etc.)

Based on company needs and individual performances other responsibilities and role could be assigned.
