HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

- Personnel recruitment experience minimum 2 years
- Very dynamic person
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Experience in HR related activities, payroll
recruitment of personnel is an advantage
- Ability to learn very fast and adapt to new situations
- Highly committed
- Very good command of the English language

Among the main tasks are:
- recruitment of personnel for production and office area
- conducting recruitment-related activities (posting of job adds, performing interviews with candidates selected, presenting short-lists to the HR Manager)
- administrative responsibilities (centralization of the daily presence sheets, verifying the accuracy of the job descriptions)
- preparation time sheets
- ensure personnel issues are addressed in a timely manner
- offer constant support to company personnel in order to solve issues
