- regular provision of internal and external reports and statistics in compliance with current standards
- monitoring of cost, deadlines and quality

- elaboration of and comment on variance analyses and statistics
- induction in the ERP Systems FORS / SAP and their utilization
- initiating of control measures in case of deviations
- advice on economic efficiency issues
