| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Technical university graduate, preferably in automotive engineering
-Strong business development experience
-Strong project management skills and proven experience in managing complex projects
-International work and/or study experience/exposure
-Good business connections with top managers of Romanian and foreign companies with local operations.
-Strong interpersonal and people management skills
-Fluent in English, a second foregn language (German, French etc) is an advantage
-Energetic person with a strong "can do" attitude
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Business development:
1.Investigate the local Romanian market particularly the automotive sector for business opportunities for engineering and consulting services
2.Once business opportunities are identified, build up the technical and commercial proposals and close the deals, and organise the technical solution to put in place for the delivery phase.
3.Identify opportunities of projects that are currently delivered worldwide and that could be done in Romania.
4.Once these opportunities are identified, work closely with the subsidiaries to close the deals with them and organise the technical solution for the delivery phase.
Recruitment:
1.Put in place the recruitment processes
2.Source, identify, select, motivate and recruit technical consultants to involve them on the projects and ensure the good integration of the new joinees.
People management:
1.Manage the consultants on the projects, ensuring the proper delivery, respect of the project deadlines, with progressively the help of senior technical leaders
2.Follow-up the occupation rate of the consultants and ensure the proper assignment of the consultants on the various technical projects
3.Manage the consultants’ expectations in terms of career evolution, throughout the various projects they are involved on and with regards to the responsibility they are given on the projects
4.Interface with Corporate HR functions to put in place the necessary HR processes
Operations management:
1.Ensure the smooth day to day operations of the company, managing administration people, and liaising with Finance people (reporting to Corporate Finance)
2.Follow up closely the profitability of the projects and of the overall operations
