COST ESTIMATOR/ QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred
• Fluency in English
• PC skills: Windows operating system, MS Office package, AutoCad

• assisting in establishing client's requirements;
• undertaking feasibility studies of projects;
• preparing tender and contracts documents, including bills of quantities;
• detailing all the materials necessary for the contract to achieve specification;
• estimating the costs of materials, services and and equipment;
• calculate a prediction of the likely progress rate and completion rate of the project,
• bearing in mind bonus payments and sub-contractual arrangements;
• calculating a final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overheads and profit,
• preparing cost analysis and estimating the costs of each type of activity;
• preparing quotations for various types of contracts in the construction field;
