COORDINATOR TENDER DEPARTMENT

• 6+ years of relevant experience in the constructions field (experience in roads construction and rehabilitation as well as industrial buildings is a big plus)
• A minimum of 2 years experience with preparing and participating in tenders
• University level education (preferably in constructions)
• Experienced with PHARE contracts and FIDIC terms in the roads and infrastructure area
• Experienced in working with subcontractors and cost estimation
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Open minded
• International exposure (either working for a multinational company or having worked abroad)
• Cost oriented
• Results oriented
• Possess a clear driving license and be available to travel

Responsible for the tender department as follows:

• Detection and selection of tenders
• Preparation of the tender documentation from the administrative, technical and economical point of view
• Coordinating the tender team
• Follow up on the contract during the execution phase
• Update of prices market with supplier database
