| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
KEY SKILLS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Proven success in growing incremental sales of a FMCG within CEE countries (Fast moving consumer goods) Brand is a necessity. Proven track record in building new business with a major European retailer
•Proven success in Account Management with the CEE major
•Demonstrable knowledge of Trade Marketing in the CEE market
•Ability to communicate and work well with Senior Management
•Excellent spoken and written English plus your relevant country language
•Ability to work under pressure
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Reporting to Head of Sales EMEA the prime purpose of this role is to quickly gain new listings with the Major Multiples (Child Retailers, Supermarkets etc) and to understand the dynamics of the Company Brand in the primary territories of Poland, Romania, Czech, Hungary, Ukraine, Croatia, Georgia, Serbia, Estonia, Bulgaria and Slovenia.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
You will be expected to develop a 12 month Sales and Marketing Plan for the CEE market - in conjunction with the UK based Head of European Sales and ensure delivery of incremental sales growth in Key markets with current stores.
As well as building new business through new listings in new stores (primarily the major retailers) across all territories, you will be expected to quickly understand the dynamics and key drivers of the business in CEE as well as the challenger Brand.
It will be important for you to recognise sales trends and to recommend trade and consumer solutions to the UK Head-office and to the Distributor to deliver incremental sales. You will be the primary communicator from the distributor and of the CEE in-market sales trends to the UK Head-office.
