| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
1. Technology abilities
Deep understanding of IP based routing & switching protocols, especially WAN technologies ( BGP; IS-IS; IPv6)
Knowledgeable in telecom – carrier grade solutions for both mobile & fixed network operators ( IP Core - Mobile Bearing Networks; Metro Ethernet – Multi Service Platforms; Mobile Backhauling – Packet Transport Network; )
Aware of latest technology implementations mechanisms for the above mentioned solutions ( Fast Reroute; Graceful Restart, BFD, IGP Fast Convergence, etc )
2. Communication abilities
Experienced communication skills including presentations, body language and narrative.
“People skilled” for customer interaction pre-sale activities.
Extensive vocabulary knowledge in relevance to telecom industry.
3. Economics
Understanding of commercial implications, from the investment perspective of an operator, considering ROI, TCO and TVO factors.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Sustaining workshops as main pre-sale activity orientation;
- Solution definition based on customer interaction information collection;
- Awareness of market trend and evolution, providing customer feedback on network evolution, scalability and future proof investment scenarios;
- Preparation of technical solution proposals, commercial quotations, contract preparations ( internal – company internal procedures);
- Involved in customer relationship activities at middle-management level.
