Optical Network Technical Service Engineer

• University degree in Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering or relevant working experience;
• Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following products and solutions: SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) and WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplex);
• Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including survey and acceptance);
• Fluency in English;
• At least 1 year after-sales technical service experiences with the incumbents in Europe.

• Project implementation and technical supervision of the subcontractors or service partners;
• Level 1 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team;
• Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners;
• Pre-sales support for testing, bidding and workshops.
