CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Bachelor degree on computer science, communication or relative
Experience with Huawei OSS(Operation Support System/2G, 3G, Core, IGW and Transmission) including deep understanding for the different series of 2000 product family with all servers functionality
Well understanding and hands on operations with different interfaces and designing the OSS database
Be able to overall view and design the network HUAWEI OSS system
Be able to negotiate with customer to implement new system features and configuration
Project management experience is a plus
Very good communication skills At least 3 work experience in OMC/OSS and 1 year work experience maintenance Oracle database or maintenance network management system(previous management position as OSS leader is a plus)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Oversee all aspects of the operations and maintenance activities of the OSS platforms/systems
Ensuring that Huawei meet their contracted OSS O&M KPIs
Reviewing and signing all OSS change requests
Where appropriate, assisting MS team in the resolution of high impact faults
Oversee acceptance by the Huawei Managed Services group of new/upgraded OSS infrastructure
Assisting the Deployment and design of HUAWEI OSS systems
Submit solutions for HUAWEI OSS system to MS team when required
Support EU MS OSS sales activities (such as solutions, technical guidance, presentation for customers etc)
Overall view for management service business to deploy HUAWEI OSS system
Summarized the requirement from customer or management service team and feedback to R&D
Define all the management process & procedures with management service team
Design the required reports to meet requirement of MS delivery.
Interface with R&D to develop special requirement from MS delivery
Provide design, Installation, maintenance and improvement for OSS system include IT system, DCN system and LCD system etc.
