RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Handing customer requests by telephone, FAX, Email, or Website etc timely, give solution timely and guide customer resolve problem; if cant give solution or resolve problem, need escalate request tickets to Product Support Expert or dispatching tickets Field Service Engineer.
Responsible for customer service satisfaction.
