CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• At least 2 years direct technical support experiences or related position of telecom equipment vendors.
• Familiar with technical support process and IT tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ISO9001/TL9000 is preferred.
• The experiences of management are preferred.
• Soft skills: Achievement Driven, Forward Thinking, Information Sharing, Effective Communicator.
• Fluency in English. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for maintenance of technical support process/IT tools and support TAC manager will manage the day to day operation in providing first-class technical support to the telecom carrier in Europe.
Huawei TAC provides post-sales technical support for all Huawei solutions including Optical Network, Fixed Network, Mobile Network, Data Communication and Intelligent Network.
• Maintain and optimize technical support processes
• Train technical support engineer on the related support processes
• Audit the relevant output documents in ensuring that the support processes are been carried out correctly
• Measure and evaluate the technical support operation performance
• Collect and analyze technical support IT system requirement.
• Train and support technical support engineer to use IT system
• Configure IT system and output the report (Training to be provided) |
