Commercial Management Manager

• A minimum of 5 years experience within a commercial operation with responsibility for contract management and negotiation is required, the experience in a leading European Telecom company preferred.
• Knowledgeable in the entire bid and proposal process from deal review to contract signning within a leading European telecom products and services supplier.
• Good internal and external communication skills;
• Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree or above, major in telecommunication, business management, law and other related science subjects.

1. Responsible for the ultimate Review and evaluation of Terms and conditions for frame contracts and other Contractual documentation. Assist to set up and modify Commercial Authorization and decision-making mechanism.
2. Play a role as main negotiator in major contract negotiation, carry the corresponding review, to achieve a consequence of risk awareness and mitigation.
3. Review and reevaluate the European historic contracts with an aspect of capturing opportunities to continuously improve the terms and conditions.
4. Share knowledge and experience to conclude the company contractual management principles and regulations, and further help to build this management platform and system within European region.
5. Develop and improve European-specific contract templates, contracting processes etc
6. Internally promote the perception of contract management to a wider internal cycle at l varies of circumstances such as projects operation, training and reporting.
7. Other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned.

Available to travel 40% from the activity.
