Call Centre Operator

- French and English knowledge - fluent level.
- Excellent Soft-skills (effective communication skills using clear, plain English)
- Basic IT knowledge is a must. (Microsoft Office, Networking - basic knowledge)
- Previous call centre experience is a plus (Telecommunication field)
- Capacity to learn fast, take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt and cope with a dynamic environment
- Availability for night shifts

- Receive local customers’ requests – in a professional manner – through the company Customer Request Management system. Requests may be received by: phone, e-mail and fax
- Follow-up all requests registered in the system (according to urgency) in order to meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement) established between Huawei and the customer
- Contact customers in order to asses the quality of the provided technical support via a survey. Also, capture customer requirements and suggestions
- Ensure the creation of reports and thorough work-analysis, according to business needs, in a timely manner.
