HSEQ MANAGER OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION

Experience: over three years in HSEQ Offshore Construction, at least 1 year in coordinator/manager position

Skills: good writing and speaking English, proactive attitude, good team work spirit, good understanding of offshore construction activities.

Main responsibilities:

- based on the Scope of Work, produce and monitor the Project HSE Plan, Project Quality Plan and Project Quality Control Plan for all the Offshore Construction Projects;

- collect the necessary periodical reports and issue the Project Monthly KPI;

- perform regular analysis on HSEQ performances and suggest corrective actions for improvement;

- lead the incident/accident investigation team and produce the Investigation Reports;

- produce the project Risk Assessment for every offshore construction projects;

- prepare the Project Emergency Response for each project and ensure implementation;

- perform initial safety induction for each project prior to start;

- ensure the company’s HSEQ Management System is implemented on all the projects.
