Business Developer (Romania)

Profile:

 Technical and marketing/economic degree or either degree and related experience in other field
 Romanian native speaker. Fluency required in written and spoken English
 Experience in sales/marketing position will be an asset;
 Self-starter, quick learner, strong networking, written/oral communication and presentation skills are key for this start-up position that will require high level of energy and dedication
 Experience in sales (B2B) in managing distributors will be a strong advantage
 Ability to act and work independently, to take initiative
 Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

 Analyzing existing situation and perform market research/assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
 Establishing marketing strategies and drive their implementation in the country in partnership with strategic business unit and market segment leader.
 Develop and execute a list of growth Project for the country (based on the country growth plans), including identification of new customers, distributors.
 Develop in-depth product and application know-how for all the business identified as priority
 Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers
 In some cases, activities could include direct selling to customers or distributors and may evolve into sales position for one or more business.
