RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
YOUR MISSION: To optimise the staffing at both station level and the support center to ensure staffing levels are within the agreed budgets. All employment legislation’s are followed and all staff are trained to their optimal performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Creation and implementation of recruitment and training strategies
•Implementation of all employment legislation
•Hands on coaching of field trainers
•Safety and security procedures
•Analyse staffing levels and checking staff schedules
•Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and procedures
•Recruitment, hiring, training and development of office personnel
•To adhere to agreed staffing budgets
•To create and implement all necessary policies and procedures
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
•Staffing costs at or below budgets
•Ready for business scores
•Mystery shopper scores
•Promotability of store managers and store employees
•Safety and security audits
•High standard of customer service
•Training and policy manuals in place and up to date
•Station staffing strategy agreed with Operations manager
