HR Recruiter Entry Level

• Completed bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical personality
• Strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Preferably having IT background/knowledge

• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
• Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings
• Create job descriptions
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
• Seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position (Programmer, Business Analyst, Client Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, etc)
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
