CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (preferably in Psychology);
- At least 6 months of work experience
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Interviewing skills
- Proactive attitude, ability to meet deadlines; good interpersonal communication skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Research and identify candidate using a variety of sources for prestigious clients
Interviews potential candidates
Supporting selection projects by direct search
To develop the relation with the existing clients and finding others
Set priorities and exercise a good time management
Handle senior professionals in phone interviews and stand up for tough decisions
