HR GENERALIST

Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist provides vital all-round support to an assigned business entity by using their specialist skills to deliver customer focused HR programs, services and consultancy that will improve business and operational performance.
With access to specialists in every HR discipline, you'll provide a comprehensive range of support including benefits, compensation, diversity, education, staffing and relocation, delivering efficient, effective core services based on integrated end-to-end processes.
Education and Experience Required:
University degree (ideally a degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, or a related field of study)
5 years HR Generalist related experience
Proved experience in working with labor laws and government regulations
Understanding of employee and manager coaching and counseling, organizational development principles, conflict resolution, consulting, and facilitation
Experience in minimum two of the following: employee/labor relations, staffing, compensation, benefits, talent management, career development, project and program management
Basic competency with technology as it relates to computer proficiency (advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills)
Background in a diverse, multicultural, matricial organization is a plus
Fluency in local language and English is a must
Excellent communication and people skills
Enthusiasm and resistance to change in a complex HR role will make the difference
