HR BUSINESS PARTNER

• Degree in Economics or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years generic work experience in an HR general function
• Ideally experience in an international company and/or experience abroad
• Excellent knowledge of the Romanian language and fluent in English
• Strong ability to apply MS Office
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Familiar with Romanian labour law
• High grade of flexibility and willingness to travel within Romania and abroad

As an HR Business Partner you are the first point of contact for all HR related activities in Romania. Especially the following tasks belong to your daily business:
• Local Recruitment activities according to the annual Business Plan
• Accompanying and executing Employer Branding measurements in Romania
• Responsibility for processing local contracts and all employment related documents under consideration of local labour law and regulations as well as global respectively regional policies and guidelines
• Contribution to C&R related matters and close cooperation with People & Culture Central Europe
• Local care taker for expatriation issues in accordance with company guidelines and regulations as well as legal requirements
• Partner for external outsourcing companies (e.g. payroll, authorities, agencies etc.)
• Organising personnel development activities
• Execution of global, regional and local HR projects
• Application of HR IT-Tools and for maintenance of Master Data

The Company, as one of the well established Business Units, is responsible for all sales and service related activities in Germany, Benelux, Austria, most countries in Eastern Europe and South-East Africa. Our strong focus on the Eastern European markets led to market entries into Romania and Bulgaria and further countries will follow. Therefore we are searching for a HR Business located in Romania / Bucharest to join our team.
