PLANT MANAGER

- Education: Technical or Superior electric engineer
- Experience: The candidate must demostrate an experience in the management of teams in industrial enviroment, if possible in the electrical and/ or automotive components fields. We have to consider that he will have to deal with a team of 50 – 65 employees. If the person has a good potential the experience as Line Manager or
Production Manager should be also relevant.
- Foreign Languages: English in reading – speaking and writting is a must beeing a plus the knoledge of spanish language at any of possible levels.
- PC Knowledge:
Microsoft Office.
CAD / CAM for the reception of the drawings
from the central technical department.
Used to work with the data processing systems
for the management of the business. The
Romanian company will be integrated with the
parent company for the purposes of
manufacturing planning, stock control,
deliveries,...

The objective of the position is the accomplishment of the objectives that the company has fixed for its Romanian site. The company in Spain has established an ambitious plan for the romanian project and the Plant Manager will be properly supported by the Management Team in Spain in its different positions: general management, technical, production and logistics departments.

- Accomplishment of the global objectives of the manufacturing plant in Romania, taking into account the fact that that the responsibilities will be limited to the manufacturing, logistics and quality business areas.
- After a period of adapt, the Plant Manager will have to obtain the same ratios of efficiency than the ones existing in Spain, as the production equipments will be the same. It will have to be assumed the fact that the company works inside a very competitive business and, therefore, the efficiency is a key issue.
- The Plant Manager will have to ensure the proper control of the basic assets such as equipment, stocks, etc.

This company exists in Spain since 1982. It works in the electrical cables for the automotive components most important companies (Autoliv, Magneti Marelli, Delphi, Ficose,...).

The company in Brasov was stablished at the end of 2006. Has acquired a plot of land of 5.000 square meters and is expected to finalize the construction of and industrial building as of 2.000 square meters at the end of May 2008.
