HR Analyst

- University graduated
- At least 1 year HR experience in one of the following fields: personnel administration, recruiting, training
- Results oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player; flexible and open minded; proactive attitude
- Knowledge of Romanian labour legislation
- Fluency in English
- The following aspects are desidered, but not mandatory: knowledge of SAP HR, diploma of HR Inspector, fluency in German language

- Personnel Administration: prepares employment contracts and different related documents
- Time Reporting: performs time sheets administration, identifies and solves possible errors by direct dialogue with the employees
- International Assignments: provides administrative support to the team dealing with work permits and visas
- Recruitment: prescreening of the candidates; schedule candidates for interviewes and provides feedback; maintains the candidates database;
provides support in organizing recruiting events
- Training: direct involvement in organizing team building events and internal trainings
- Benefits: supports the administration of the actual benefits system
- Any other new challeging responsibility which might be handled according to your experience and your personal dedication to the job
